Deep divePro

Proofavo is a lightweight client approval tool that lets you share a single link for clients to comment on and sign off on artwork — no accounts, no friction, no chasing email threads. The SHA-256 fingerprint locking is a quietly smart detail: it ties the approval to the exact file version, which matters legally and practically when print specs are on the line.

Why it stands out

The zero-login experience for clients is the real differentiator — most approval tools still ask clients to create accounts, which is where approval loops die. Fingerprint-locked approvals also give freelancers a defensible paper trail that generic email screenshots can't match.

Best for

Freelancers and small studios doing print, packaging, or brand work where client sign-off on a specific file version is a recurring bottleneck.
